BTST Win Award at NEBusiness awards Final 2010
After winning the ‘Services’ Award at the Tyneside and Northumberland regional heats of the North East Business Awards (NEBA) 2010, we were invited to the grand final. Here, all of the winners from the regional heats came together to compete against each other.
We are very proud to announce that BTST were once again successful, winning the overall final in the ‘Services’ category.
The event was held at Hardwick hall in Darlington and was presided over by ex-Labour MP and former Deputy Prime Minister John Prescott.
Our entry put forward the excellent work our Customer Services team, in partnership with our ICT service, made in developing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) model to provide truly integrated services to our Customers.
The changes allow for powerful integration with other local services, allowing for better, more joined up services to the customers who use our Customer Service centre as their point of call.

The fact that we have truly integrated our services allowing us to gain high levels of customer satisfaction was a huge factor in our success in the Tyneside and Northumberland heats and again in the final.’
