About Us

BT South Tyneside (BTST) was formed from a Strategic Partnership between BT and South Tyneside Council that began in October 2008.

BTST delivers outstanding HR, Payroll, Finance and other back office services on behalf of our clients.  We have many years experience in the public and private sector alike, and we have been bringing improved service provision and value for money to our clients since we were formed.  We also have a wealth of experience in business and service transformation.

BTST has agreed to create up to 750 new jobs in the South Tyneside area over the life of the Partnership and has established a business centre as a focus for regeneration in the borough.

These jobs will be delivered through the active promotion and growth of the company
